Training and Discipleship
Without the proper training materials, local youth groups face an uphill battle with the enemy. Leadership and training curricula are needed to develop more volunteer leaders that will help support the existing youth leaders. They also need a strong discipleship curriculum so they can train teens to become lifelong evangelizers and true followers of Christ. Here are some of the methods we employ in our fight:
BATTLE CRY RESOURCES
Several ministries have partnered to create media-diverse resources and curricula to support youth leaders in developing leadership teams and discipling teens into followers of Christ.
LEADERSHIP RESOURCES
The Honor Academy is one of the partners that has a proven track record in developing leaders. Hundreds of college-age students are trained each year to become leaders of their generation. The Honor Academy will provide intensive leadership training for youth leaders, teenagers and lay people.
EVANGELISM RESOURCES
Global Expeditions is one of the partners that provides evangelistic opportunities to thousands of teens each year. Global Expeditions will use its years of experience to develop evangelism training for teens who are committed to saving their friends.
