BATTLE PLAN: BASSROCKER

This is my Battle Cry:

Hi. My name is Will. I know I am supposed to write something profound in this space, thats why I have the stuff under this paragraph. But right now I just want to tell you where I am at. God has done some amazing stuff in my life, and given me many gifts that help me with my relationship with Christ. But right now, I am not really sure where I am, where I am going, who I am, or who I am going to be. But I won't sweat it, because God has that all planned out for me. And he will use me even though I may not be sure of anything. Now to the profound stuff.

What is going to save this generation? We cannot scare them into having a loving relationship with christ, it is their choice whether they beleive or not. We cannot debate them into loving christ with all their heart. The only way we are going to reach this generation is through showing them christ's love, and never ceasing to do so. You need to talk to me if you want to be my trenchmate, or I will delete you.

I love playing bass, and music in general. Now I admit that I am not the best bass player in the world, but I do my best to sing to God through my bass. All he wants is a willing participant in worship, and thats where I need to be every sunday morning. Willing.

Really long time, no update. | Apr 29 2008 7:44 PM

So I am blogging today to tell you how my day went. Cause, today was no ordinary day. It started off with my sister not waking me up in time. You see, we had a two hour delay today at school, and I was going to get some extra sleep. We had to be at school by 9:25 today, my sister woke me up at 8:40. I was not happy. Then I go to see my girlfriend, and while with her, her parents find that she has MONO! Needless to say, we have kissed, and do kiss, so I am basically screwed. Though, I'm not that worried about mono. Then my dad picks me up, and he says that my mom was in a crash! It was a lot better than what it could have been, but still, it was a scary, semi big crash. Then I get home, and I take a shower. And I find a TIC on me that had been there since saturday! It was imbedded in my leg, and its head is still not out currently. Its to the point where my parents have to steralize a knife to get it out!

So today was a really lame day, but I still have peace about everything, amazingly. So maybe some prayer would be nice. Thanks guys.

Hey, I haven't been on here for a while because of busieness! The past few weeks have been kinda stressful in school, but I got through thanks to Jesus and an amazing girl named Dori.

My band had that competition last thursday, heres the lowdown: We had practice three times that week. Right before we got on stage, we figured that there was no bass amp, or second guitar amp, so we had to go through the PA system. I hate playing without an amp. So we started playing our first song, and at first we couldn't hear ourselves, so it was bad. Our second song was good, but nobody knew it, and it was soft, so i don't think they liked it. For the worship part I actually sang backround in both songs, and that was a fun set, we did alright, but messed up and wen to fast on the second one. And the last song, we ended up getting eliminated from that category, because we didn't have lyrics to our original songs for the judges. But we played anyways, and owned face. Turns out that we were the first and last to play for the whole fine arts event. It was a lot of fun though!
